Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We do our best to ensure your order arrives perfectly, but mistakes can happen. Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

To report an issue:

As soon as you receive your order and realize an issue, please contact us immediately:

Please include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s) to allow us to resolve the issue quickly.

If a return is needed, customer service will provide a Return Authorization Form and further instructions.

Please note: Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, CST.

Unwanted Orders

If you no longer need your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

The original product cost, less the following deductions, are eligible for refund upon approval:

  • Original shipping costs (if the order has left our facility)
  • 50% restocking fee
  • Any applicable rush fees
Please note: We cannot accept returns on clearance items, acrylic with the protective film removed, or any type of samples. All returns must be approved by customer service before sending items back.

The Return Authorization Form from customer service MUST be completed and placed in the return package. We cannot process received packages that are missing return information or haven't been priorly discussed with customer service.

Refunds are typically issued within 5 business days of receiving returned items via the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take a few additional days to appear on your statement depending on your bank. To receive store credit, you must have an account with us.

Shipping Policy

All orders ship from Garland, Texas.

  • We strive to ship most orders within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary, especially during holidays or high-volume periods. Any updates to your order's shipping timeline will be shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.
  • Oversized picture frames, components, and large quantity orders may require additional processing time. We will contact you immediately if this applies to your order.
  • If you require Saturday Delivery, you MUST contact customer service to make arrangements.
  • Express Shipping guarantees strictly apply to business days (e.g., an order shipped Friday via Overnight will arrive Monday).
